See the cost before making a video

The credit cost depends on the video tool, length, and other settings. Check the cost in the studio before creating. Your account shows how many credits you have available.

If you change the description, photo, or settings, check the cost again. You may also be asked to check again if some time has passed.

Review a purchase before checkout

On Pricing, compare the available plans and credit packs. Before paying, check the payment amount, included credits, expiry dates, and whether the plan renews automatically.

After paying, open Billing to check the order and credit balance. Returning from the payment page does not mean the purchase has finished. If it is still being checked, wait before paying again.

Follow each video in History

History shows the progress of each video, from waiting to completion. Open a record to see whether the video is ready and whether its credits are still set aside or have been used.

Filters search the records currently shown. Load more to find older creations. My library shows the files you can currently watch or download.

  1. Open History and find your video.
  2. Refresh its status if automatic checking has paused.
  3. Open a ready result to preview or download it.

What to do if something goes wrong

After asking to cancel, check the video details for the result and whether any credits were used. Credits that expired while you waited cannot be used again. If the site is still checking whether a video started, use the same button again before creating another one.

If you need help, send support the video or order number and a screenshot of the error. Hide any private information, and never send your password or payment card details.
