A little guidance

From an idea to a moving image.

The essentials of creating, credits, and keeping your work.

01

Start with a scene

Describe who or what is in the video, what happens, the setting and how the camera moves. To start from a photo, upload an image and wait for it to be ready. Choose from the video tools and settings shown on the page.

02

Check the credit cost

Choose a video tool, video shape and length, then check the credit cost. Check it again if you change your settings. Your credits and plan are checked when you start. The video may take some time to finish.

03

Find your videos

History shows your videos and their progress. My library shows the videos you can currently open. A completed video may need a little more time before it is ready to preview. Some older descriptions and settings may not be available to reuse.

04

If the page stops responding

Refresh the same video or order to check its status. A delay does not always mean it failed. Check the result before starting another video or payment. If the page offers Try again, keep the same details.

05

Manage a subscription

Open Billing to see your subscriptions and their end dates. Turning off renewal keeps your paid plan available until its shown end date and does not request a refund. Other options are shown when available.

06

Preview or download

Open a video to preview or download it. If an old link no longer works, open the video from My library again. After downloading, check your browser’s downloads to make sure the file was saved. Keep private video links to yourself.

07

What is saved while I work?

Your current description and photo are temporary. Moving between pages within the site can keep the draft, but refreshing or leaving to sign in or pay may clear it. Copy your description before leaving if you want to keep it.
