Questions about plans
How are credits used?
The credit cost depends on your chosen video tool, video length and settings. You will see the cost before creating. Credits are set aside when you start, then used when the video succeeds. If it fails, check its credit status. Expired credits cannot be used again.
Can I stop a subscription from renewing?
Open Billing and choose Turn off renewal for your subscription. You can keep using the paid plan until its shown end date. Turning off renewal does not request a refund.
What happens if a generation fails?
Open the video in History and check its credit status. Credits may still be set aside while the result is confirmed. Refresh that video for updates before starting again.
Is this a real checkout?
Available plans can be purchased through checkout. When you return, your order will show whether payment is confirmed and your credits or plan are ready.
