01 Keep the reference number
If an error shows a reference number, save it with the video or order number and the approximate time. Note what you were doing and what the page showed. Do not share passwords, verification codes, private video links or payment card details.
02 Paid, but credits or plan are not ready?
Open the same order from Billing and refresh it. Your payment may be confirmed before your credits or plan are ready. Check that order for updates before paying again.
